Postpartum Pilates (Mondays 11:00am-noon)
This class is designed to recover and strengthen after childbirth. Special love will be focused on the abdominal, pelvic floor, and breathing muscles. Pilates offers a special pathway to recovery, as it focuses on balancing muscle groups and toning while lengthening to create efficient, well supported movement. Infants 0-crawling are invited as well, open to all mamas in any stage of life.
